Notes: 
  • By default WebRadar will index all the libraries associated with WebSphere Portal. The list of libraries indexed by WebRadar can be configured via the application’s administration screens.
  • WebRadar must be configured with the location of your mail server for subscriptions tofunction. This is done via the WebRadar administration screens.
  • Data extraction schedules now represent when the data extractor will be paused.
  • If you are upgrading from a previous release of WebRadar please contact Ephox. Upgrading from WebRadar 2.x to WebRadar 3.0 will remove all saved reports.
Features: 
  • Dashboards are customizable and personalized so that each user can create their own dashboard.
    • New personalized dashboard widgets are available.
    • Charts can be added to the dashboard
    • New mini-report widgets available.
  • Reporting and saved reports improvements
    • Report results can be charted according to any of the WCM metadata fields
    • Improved report results table
    • Content item history can be accessed via the results table.
    • Related items (associated drafts and published items) can be access via the results table.
    • Reports can be saved as a private report.
    • Report results can now be exported as a PDF
  • Report subscriptions
    • Users can subscribe to reports and manage their subscriptions
    • Specific email addresses can be subscribed to reports
    • Email subscriptions contain both a PDF and a CSV export of the report.
  • New reporting fields
    • Report on Project Name and Project State fields (requires WCM 7.0)
    • Report on history log items Modified By, Modified On, Log (description) and Last Modifier.
  • New multi-edit fields
    • Site Area (i.e. “Move” content items)
    • Workflow and Workflow Stage
  • Option to commit multi-edit changes via workflow to ensure that all changes receive the required approvals before publication
  • Multiple security roles are now available for WebRadar enabling users to be provisioned with administrator, mutli-edit and/or user roles.
Bug Fixes: 
  • Addressed several performance issues specific to Internet Explorer 6 and 7.
  • Significant improvements to the fault tolerance of the data extraction process.
  • Limitations with recursive site area reporting from WebRadar 2.x have been removed.
